Baotou Beifang Chuangye Co is to sell 402 C80B stainless steel coal freight cars to China Railway Corporation according to a recently-signed contract, reports Baotou Daily.
Based in Baotou, North China’s Inner Mongolia autonomous region, Baotou Beifang Chuangye is one of the core subsidiaries of Inner Mongolia First Machinery Group Co, the largest machinery manufacturer based in the region.
It is the designated manufacturer for railway freight cars and is approved by China Railway Corporation. It is a listed company with an excellent reputation for research and production.
The core business of the company is railway wagon production. At present, it can produce more than 40 models of gondola cars, tank cars, flat cars, box cars, hopper cars and special vehicles. It makes high-quality brake beams, bogies, axles and similar parts. With the processing and manufacturing of parts and components, it has an annual production capacity of 10,000 various types of railway wagon vehicles.
In 2018, the company has been expanding its sales network, and is focused on expanding into next-generation freight equipment. It has also invested heavily into technological innovation to meet new market demands.
In a bid to maintain a consistent quality of welding and painting on its products, the company took measures to replace heating systems and strictly control the opening and closing of the doors and windows to maintain a constant temperature in its production workshops.
