A total of 22 Baotou-based companies were included in the Top 100 Private Enterprises in Inner Mongolia list, making Baotou the city with the most companies on the list, according to an Aug 30 Baotou Evening News report.

Among the city’s firms, Baoshang Bank ranked first.

The list was released by Inner Mongolia’s Association of Industry and Commerce, based on companies’ total business income of 2017.

In terms of industrial distribution, two companies on the list are in the primary sector, 70 are in the secondary sector, and 28 are in the tertiary sector.
