Baotou Equipment Manufacturing Industrial Park was recently rated as a national-level green park, according to the city’s commission of economy and information technology.

It is the only industrial park in Baotou to have won the honor.

The third batch of the green manufacturing list was selected by means of self-evaluation, evaluation given third-party agencies, assessment and confirmation by provincial-level industrial and information administration authorities, and expert in demonstration and publicity.

Honors were given to 391 green factories, 480 green design products, 34 green parks and 21 green supply chain management demonstration enterprises.
